End User License Agreement

These terms and conditions are entered into by and between you and YouApp, LLC and its affiliates (“YouApp”, “we”, “our”, “us”). The following terms and conditions govern your access to and use of YouApp's websites, systems, software applications, and services.

Please read this End User License Agreement carefully before you start to use our Platform. By using the Platform, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by this End User License Agreement.

License Grant

The Platform and the Content are the property of YouApp or YouApp's licensors. We grant you limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to make use of the Platform, and limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to make personal, non-commercial use of the Content.

User Guidelines

YouApp respects intellectual property rights and expects you to do the same. The following is not permitted for any reason whatsoever:

• Copying, redistributing, reproducing, or making available to the public any part of the Platform
• Using the Platform to import or copy any local files you do not have legal rights to
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works
• Circumventing any technology used by YouApp
